Ability to assign names to Dynamic Images and Vectors in directly in Designer

Currently, when you import multiple images or vectors the only way to assign text labels to them is after the fact in the Option Set. Naming these are important for the "Tool Tip" popup that will occur on the final product page. If there was a field within the Designer interface to assign these labels it would negate the task of assigning them afterwards and increase efficiency.
