Add a field to the "New item ordered with Customily, Order Number #" email for Etsy

For the "New item ordered with Customily, Order Number #" email it would be nice to have a SKU field added to the Item Information portion of the emails, so there is additional information to tie these emails to our products and User Options associated with these email.
