Add Default Text Settings for Option Sets

Hi team, It would be really helpful to have the ability to set default values for the option label, help text, and placeholder fields. This way, every time a new option set is created, these fields would automatically populate with the pre-set text, saving time and ensuring consistency across all sets. Thanks for considering!
