Add Help Text or Remove Validation for Website URL in Support Form

I have a simple request regarding the support form. Currently, the form throws a validation error if the website URL isn't entered in the exact format (i.e., starting with "https://"). It's also unclear if this needs to be the regular domain or specifically a myshopify.com URL. It would be helpful to either: 1. Add clear help text to guide users on the correct format for entering their URL. 2. Relax the validation to accept more common variations of website URLs. I personally encountered multiple failed attempts and had to try different formats before successfully submitting my request, which caused some frustration. Thanks for considering this improvement.
