Assign a Year variable that changes on Jan 1

I have a lot of products that contain the year as a personalization field. I have set them all to 2027 at the moment in the "Initial value" in the option sets. After 2027, if would be advantageous if that variable in all of the insistences of "year" in the option sets update automatically to the current year so my shop does not look dated going forward. (as of now I would have to do this manually, one by one)
