BUG FIX! Inventory levels being deleted when using "Set Up Personalization for Existing Product"

When publishing a Customily template using the "Set Up Personalization for Existing Product" functionality, the inventory levels of the existing product are being erased resulting in having to manually re instate them each time. I've been working with Brian in support on this and he asked me to log it here so it can get wider attention. My workflow is highly dependant on the "Set Up Personalization for Existing Product" functionality as for efficiency sake I have a set of Shopify templates that have all variants, prices, metadata and inventory levels baked in and all I have to do is duplicate those, rename them, then push the Customily products to them using "Set Up Personalization for Existing Product". This way I don't have to manually enter all of this data each time I publish a product. The only problem is that inventory levels are being overwritten and zeroed out at this time.
