BUG FIX: Product Bases>Add Product Images: Local folder window automatically pops up

When you are creating a Product Base and you click on the "Add Product Images" icon it automatically pops up a window to your local file system aka "Add image Option". In most cases I am using "Pick Library" so I have to dismiss this screen many times. Can it not pop up automatically and just wait until we choose which way we'd like to add product images please?
