Cross-Account Digital Asset Authorization & Migration Support
I’d like to propose a critical feature to support better collaboration and data security:
In the near future, I’ll be working with several external teams. For security and asset control reasons, I do not want these external collaborators to operate directly within my primary Customily store.
However, the current Team function makes it quite cumbersome to isolate and manage templates, libraries, and options, especially when it comes to library assets.
To solve this, I propose the following feature:
🔁 Allow digital assets (templates, options, libraries) to be authorized and migrated between different Customily accounts or stores.
For example, I could authorize my testing store account to access my main account's assets, and selectively synchronize templates, options, and libraries. This allows external collaborators to work safely on the testing environment, and only after validation, we can sync approved assets to the live environment — ensuring asset security, operational isolation, and efficient review.
This cross-account workflow is very important for scaling Customily use across multiple projects or teams.
Thank you for considering this request.
