Custom Validation messages for input fields, and validation callback

Having the ability to give custom validation messages to option input would be huge. Also, one other major part of this would be adding the option to give a custom callback function for each options. There should be an option to give the name of a js function and the js function should return 2 values like this: {valid: true, message: 'Invalid phone number'}
