Customily Function: Define by a Comma Delimited List

If you add a Customily Function in an option set, and if that function shares a common purpose, allow us to target each layer/element with a single comma delimited list in addition of having to add and define a Customily Function for each element separately. Using a comma delimited list would reduce configuration workload time.
