Customily is now compatible with Etsy’s native personalization fields
This has great potential with "during-purchase" interaction. It would be nice if a preview file was still generated from this new feature even if it does not show on Etsy itself. We use preview/thumbnail files from the item information for our work orders to help our team with QC and what photo should be included in the order.
Also, is there a way that files associated with the orders can be pulled into an order management system with this new feature?
