dynamic/relative layer positions and sizes

We want to create a product where we repeat customers name multiple times across the whole product. It would be good if we can link the positions of text elements together. So if text in first layer is shorter, the next layer comes closer. If it is longer it moves away... That way the font size can remain the same size regardless of the text length.
