FIX bug for bulk image upload with .zip WOO

Hey, I've noticed when bulk uploading Image libraries that I can't make it that ID-1 is empty. It goes like this: 1. I Bulk upload a zip file in which I added an empty png on the first position 2. When I try to edit the library and delete the empty png on the first position.. so it starts with ID-2 Here is where the problem comes in.. After deleting, It automatically starts ID again from 1 instead of leaving ID - 1 empty and continue to count from ID - 2 This is very crucial, since if the libraries start with position 1 it overlays all the libraries later on when creating Templates.
