Linking shopify products in bulk, either via SKU match or by CSV

I am selling patches which get sewn onto an item. A customer can choose from hundreds of patches, and can have multiple patch positions. Each patch has an image filename which is the item SKU. To manually add the shopify product to each patch, for multiple patch positions is impossible to do manually. Is there any way to link these to shopify products using the image filename and the SKU? OR maybe use a CSV uplaod somehow?
