Multiple Order Production Files based on Qty

When a consumer orders 2x products, both with the same personalization i.e. changing quantity from 1 to 2 in their cart, only 1 production file is generated. This then requires our fulfillment team to do lots of manual work to identify which orders have 2 of the same personalised units, make a duplicate of the files & send to the printer. If this process was automated so that cyberduck would provide the total number of files needed for the order, it would save us so much time & prevent us from looking at alternative apps

This is a really good suggestion. I end up having to comb through hundreds of orders to locate all the ones that have multiples so they don't get over looked. It is a real hassle.
