Need a way to stretch production files (like a Free Transform tool from ps), to match the production files exactly on the edges in the preview

for example., I have the production file/design for the front pocket of the hoodie, now I want to stretch the edges to put it exactly (and matching edges) in the preview photo. the preview photo is a model wearing hoodie so the edges of the pocket are obviously wrinkled/disaligned.
