Personalization Link - For Etsy Customers that have not received the link

Is it possible to have a: Search the etsy customer order number in "Orders" and see the generated personalization link to copy and send to the customer? Currently I am only able to do this for already submitted personalizations! What's the point??? The customer no longer needs the link as they have already customized their order 🤯. Customers are constantly messaging that they have not received the link even after checked their spam folder and having to manually generate the links is time consuming. Thanks

Pending Orders are now visible in the Etsy Order’s menu. You can now identify orders without complete personalization and/or *copy the personalization link to resend it*.

Yes, we would like this feature also. It is a pain to have to generate the link and manually send every time. Even just having our email address CCed to all personalization emails sent to the customer would be helpful.

Absolutely! Corjl and Jet template lets us go into the customer order log and resend the email or copy the link. Makes things a lot easier.
