Pop-up warning for Print on Demand

We are starting to get into more in-house print on demand. Would there be a way to have a disclaimer for print on demand items that would pop-up for the customer. Right now we have an option set built with our disclaimer text with a required check box but an "are you sure" pop up would help it stand out from the rest of the customization fields.
