Receive CC of Customer Customization Email
It would be great to have the option to be copied on the customization email that is sent to customers. That would allow us to easily resend in the event customer is not able to locate.

stephanie: There is a help article that explains how to generate a manual link. I've thought about this as well as an option. But, would still love to be cc'd on the email links because, wow, they can't find them.

Great idea! I am really struggling getting customers to complete their personalization, so having a link I can manually send as well would be great.
Having a link to send would also open up possibilities to use on other platforms too.
