Request for Adjusting Spacing When Option Name is Empty

Hello Customily Team, We’ve noticed a small issue while using the Customily tool: when the Option name is left empty, the spacing is still quite large. We would like the spacing to automatically shrink in this case, so the layout looks more compact — similar to how the Customall tool handles it.
