Send template based on ETSY Variant/Design Chosen
Example: You offer different monogram styles/fonts for a product as a variant in an Etsy product listing. When someone chooses design style B as the variant option in Etsy, they are sent that template. If they choose style A, that template link is sent.

Sure. Here's a quick example I set up. Within 1 etsy listing there may be multiple design options/variations. The customer will choose one, say Vertical Monogram (in this example). This would have it's own specific SKU based on the variant chosen. I'd like for the customer to be sent a link to the Vertical Monogram only template that we would have in Customily. We do not want to have to provide a combined template where the customer would have to select the monogram style again (inside the customily window) in order to eliminate customer service issues that may arise. It pretty much comes down to SKU based templates, but if SKUs aren't used then it would be based on the variant ID.
