set a default unit of measure

it would be nice to be able to change my default unit of measure. i'm old and used to working in inches.. everything being in mm makes me have to find a conversion tool to see what size things will actually be.. being able to temporarily change to MM or PX would be useful for inputting measurements from POD provider templates that use those units of measure, but for me, setting up pages and things makes more sense in inches because I'm old.. haha Thanks!
