Subject: Feature Request: Support Reference/Base Image for More Consistent AI Generation Results
Hi Customily Team,
I would like to suggest a feature improvement for Customily’s AI image generation functionality.
We recently noticed a personalized product using AI generation:

In this example, regardless of which pet photo the customer uploads, some key design elements in the final AI-generated image remain highly consistent, including:
Angel wings;
Base/platform;
Overall composition and layout.
The main element that changes is the pet itself, which is generated based on the customer’s uploaded photo.
This made us think that supporting the following workflow would be very valuable:
Fixed Reference/Base Image + Customer Uploaded Image + Prompt
With this workflow:
Merchants can define fixed design elements in advance (such as background, accessories, product structure, and overall composition);
AI can focus mainly on generating or replacing the customer’s main subject;
Different customer orders can maintain a more consistent product style and visual identity.
For personalized products, consistency is extremely important because merchants usually need AI generation to follow a specific product design instead of producing completely different results for every order.
We hope Customily can consider adding Reference/Base Image support in future AI Image Effects improvements.
