Subject: Suggestion Regarding the Stability of the Music Component

Hi Customily Team, I would like to share a suggestion regarding the current Spotify music component. Recently, we have noticed that the Spotify API is not always stable, which may affect song search, preview generation, and print file generation. For personalized products, the music component is a very important feature. If the API is unstable, it can directly impact the customer experience and order fulfillment. Therefore, I would like to suggest that Customily consider supporting other more stable music data sources, especially music platforms or services that provide paid commercial APIs. This would give merchants a more stable and reliable music component solution and help reduce order risks caused by Spotify API instability. My main suggestions are: Keep the existing Spotify music component; Also support other paid, commercial, and stable music APIs; Allow merchants to choose different music data sources based on stability, cost, and business needs; If there is any related plan in the future, I would appreciate it if you could share your internal evaluation direction and timeline. This feature is very important for our personalized music-related products, and I hope your team can seriously evaluate it.
