Support for Integrating Merchant-Owned AI Capabilities into Customily
Hi Customily Team,
Our company currently has its own AI routing center. We have also developed several AI agents for image processing and configured default prompts for different use cases.
Therefore, we would like to ask whether Customily could support integrating merchants’ own AI capabilities directly into Customily.
For example:
Connecting a merchant-owned AI Router / API endpoint;
Integrating the merchant’s own image-processing agents into Customily’s personalization workflow;
Allowing merchants to configure or pass their own default prompts;
Letting Customily handle the frontend personalization, parameter collection, and workflow integration, while the merchant’s own AI system handles model selection, routing, prompts, and image-processing logic.
In simple terms, we hope Customily can provide a standardized integration method that allows merchants to use their existing AI capabilities as part of the Customily AI workflow.
For merchants that already have their own internal AI infrastructure, this would provide much greater flexibility and better control over models, costs, prompts, and agent workflows, while still allowing them to use Customily’s full personalization capabilities.
Does Customily currently support this type of integration? If not, is something similar planned for the future?
