Support Standard Ligatures (liga) in uploaded fonts

Customily’s text engine only reads the basic glyphs mapped to standard characters, so it can’t automatically apply liga substitutions like Photoshop does.Certain character sequences, such as "-a" and "a&", do not display the special glyphs I expected. Would it be possible for Customily to support Standard Ligatures (liga) in uploaded fonts?This would allow the font to automatically replace certain character combinations with their corresponding alternative glyphs.
