Text discrepancies between Production file and Preview
Due to the fact that our production files are set in real size to our oversized products, we have to shrink the elements to fit on a 1000x1000 preview image. Which in turns changes the specs and size of text/curved text. so now the preview text box/character limit has a chance to allow more/less characters than the production file. And the worst thing is that the customer has no clue it's happening and neither do we unless we manually compare every preview with the production file. On top of that we now have contact the customer to confirm and recreate the text in illustrator as the prod file outlines the text, so it's not an editable font anymore.
I have attached two photos showing the same template in prod file (Step 1 ) and preview (step 2). The same text is entered on both, but the prod file is missing the last character, while the preview is correctly showing all characters.
ps. we have tried everything under the sun to try and get them to match. It's really an impossible task, as just because you test while creating the template/preview. You can set it up so that all the text you type in both are matching. But that doesn't really fix it, because your client could be typing a specific line of text that will still fit on the prod file, but not on the preview. It's especially hard to try to fix it as well. Lets say i get an order that has this issue that we catch. So we go to the template or preview and adjust it so that specific line of text matches on both. you think you're good to go now. But in adjusting it, you now have just changed the space again and now a slightly longer line of text will now have issues that it did not have before you made the "Fix" Now I can go back and enter the same text we used to test when we created it, and now that text will have a discrepancy.

Julian Ferreiro Augusto D'Amario I know we have tried to tackle this concern ever since we started using customily, but I just wanted to get more eyes on the issue and see if we can once and for all figure out a way to keep discrepancies from happening. and see if any others are experiencing it that may have workarounds.
