Text limitation based on available space

Right now, a customer can type as much text as they would like even after the preview is no longer showing what they have input. This gives the customer the impression that the text box is able to hold more characters than it actually can. With a lot of customizable products in different shapes and sizes it is tedious to consistently measure the number of available characters per text area and adjust the option set accordingly. I would love to see a feature that takes the set template text box constraints into consideration and stops the customer from continuing to type. The same feature as with character and line limitations. Limiting text based on preview would be much more efficient across hundreds of products rather than the process of manually limiting character count.

Maybe a pop-up warning dialog, that they have to close/acknowledge before being able to continue typing. For us it's even more of an issue. Because we have two areas on our preview where the text gets pretty small and it can be hard to customers to notice that they have reached the limit and to use the preview to confirm. Even though we clearly address the issue, we still get tons of orders where clients goes over and don't notice. And we're forced to reprint and resend at a loss, because they even have proof/email with a confirmation of what they typed. and it just makes it look like we aren't playing attention/unprofessional.
