We have custom styling for this. Changing it will break our styling and possible loss in sales until we fix it. When you launch a feature could it be optional? Maybe a switch for legacy/new in the settings.

Hello tim! Thanks for the callout. We understand the importance of maintaining consistency with custom styling. If we do release this feature, rest assured it will be optional, allowing you to choose between the legacy styling and the new thumbnail feature based on your preference.

Augusto D'Amario: FOr months I can see your app has lots of updates for user side, but not for customer experience. I have a lot of customers emailing and ask the did not know if their pictures uploaded successfully or not. Then they abandon cart

Ada, you bring up a valid point, and we're actively addressing it. For the preview of uploaded photos, could you specify where you find it most crucial? For instance, would it be beneficial in the listing next to the field or in the Shopping Cart? Your example would help us tailor the feature to best suit your needs. Thanks for your input!

Augusto D'Amario: its more beneficial in the listing. Right after customer uploads her photo, it will show like the picture I attached above. From where customer can see her uploaded picture with the options to edit or remove if needed

This feature is from TeeInBlue. It's very useful for customers. My customers keep emailing and asked if their photos were uploaded successfully. If this feature is not supported by Customily in the near future, I consider to switch to TeeInBlue.
