Urgent Suggestion: Desktop Version Needed for Performance Stability with Large Templates

Hi Customily Team, Thank you for your continued support and feature development. I’d like to raise a serious performance concern: Currently, Customily is only available via the web browser. However, for products with large and complex templates containing many layers, the editor becomes extremely laggy, and in many cases, it completely freezes or crashes. This is severely affecting our design workflow and productivity. 🛑 This is not a minor inconvenience — when working on templates with many layers, the browser often becomes unresponsive for minutes, forcing us to restart the editor multiple times a day. To improve stability and performance, I strongly suggest that your team develop dedicated Customily desktop apps for macOS and Windows. Native applications typically offer better memory management and performance compared to browser-based solutions.
