📢 Cross-sell on the product page + discounts 🏷️

⚙️ What’s new

• Cross-sell on the product page: matching products now can appear right on the product page, not only in the cart. Shoppers see each item with their own personalization already applied and can add it in one click.

• Discounts: reward shoppers for completing the set with a discount on the matching items.

✅ Before you start

Trigger and offer products need to share the same Option Set, or an equivalent one: same options, with small differences in behavior (for example, a different Change Template on an option). This is what lets the shopper’s personalization carry over correctly.

🛠️ How to set it up

1. Go to Products and click Cross-sells.

2. Click Create cross-sells +.

3. In Cross-sell Settings:

   • Cross-sell name: internal name, only you see it.

   • Title: the heading shoppers see above the offer (e.g. “Add a matching”).

   • Apply Discount: turn on to offer a discount on the matching items. [completar: tipo y monto]

   • Allow different option sets: turn on if your products use equivalent (not identical) Option Sets.

   • Show on Product Page: turn on to show the offer on the product page, in addition to the cart.

4. Under Trigger Products, click Select Products and choose the products that will show the offer. You can pick several.

5. Under Offer Products, select the matching products you want to offer.

6. Check the Preview on the right and click Save and publish (or Save as draft to finish later).
